| With a focus on providing boiler and combustion technology client services, Mr.Verloop has been with JANSEN since 1980, specializing in chemical recovery and biomass boiler processes. He is a recognized process expert and valuable resource in waste fuel-fired boiler performance evaluations, capacity upgrade feasibility studies, operational reviews, and troubleshooting. He has (co-) authored numerous technical papers and has conducted dozens of Recovery Boiler Operations Training Seminars and Boiler Workshops. |

Mr. La Fond has been Manager of JANSEN’s Process Technologies group since 1997. He is a registered professional engineer in Washington and Alaska. |

Mr. Britt has served as the senior Project Engineer and Project Manager for numerous recovery, biomass and fossil fuel power boiler retrofits and co-generation projects. |

Dr. Walsh is the lead authority on boiler circulation at JANSEN. He is also active in leading training seminars and is responsible for developing JANSEN’s program of using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software. |
