Directions to our office:
From I-405 going North:
Take Exit 20A (116th Street Exit). At the light, turn left onto 116th
Street and get into the far right-hand lane. You will go under
the freeway and at the next light turn right onto 120th Avenue.
At the next light, turn left onto 118th Street. At the next
stop sign (this is where 118th intersects with 120th)
turn right. Go approximately a quarter of a mile. We are on
the left hand side of the street (west side), in building
D, on the upper floor.

From I-405 going South:
Take Exit 20 (124th Street Exit). At the light, turn right onto 124th
Street. Follow 124th to the second light and turn left onto
113th Avenue. Go approximately a quarter of a mile, the turn
left onto 122nd. Follow this road around the bend. We are
in upper floor of building D, which is the second building
on the right-hand side of the street (west side).

History:
Our company was established on January 16, 1976, by Johan H.
Jansen. Originally named the J.H. Jansen Company, we changed
our name to Jansen Combustion and Boiler Technologies, Inc.,
in 1993.
Up through 1997, our offices were located in Woodinville,
WA. In December 1997 we moved our offices six (6) miles
south to Kirkland, WA, located in the Greater Seattle area.
The original emphases of the company's efforts were
focused on providing engineering services only. In response
to our clients' needs and requests, in the 1980's we began
to also provide the equipment and materials needed for the
implementation of our solutions to our clients' boiler
problems. In the early 1990's, again, in response to our
clients, we began to provide construction services, in
addition to engineering and material procurement services.
Today, we are a "client needs" driven company
that provides a full range of boiler and combustion
services. Our company provides a variety of services to the
owners of boilers that burn "difficult fuels" -
including performance testing and evaluations of boilers and
combustion systems, design/construct retrofit projects,
computational fluid dynamic CFD modeling, circulation
analysis, boiler pressure part replacements/upgrades, and
much more.
